One tooth out, one to go...

The night of Christmas Eve, Ania lost her 1st tooth. She had 2 loose teeth at the bottom and she came to her Daddy and told him that one was ready to come out. Alton just simply pulled it right out and helped her rinse, of course. She was so excited and says she can't wait for the other one to come out too. I just had to blog about this because she has been my only child thus far that is excited about losing teeth. The boys were so ashamed and only look forward to the money from the "tooth fairy." Ania said she wanted to be paid in gum! LOL!

The Masons in Missouri

We had a nice time visiting our family in Kansas City Missouri. We all live in different states as well as a different country in our case, so we don't get to see each other often. Alton's younger brother, Tee, is married to Stacey and they have 2 children....Kaylee and Alijah aka A.J. Kaylee is 2 and shares the same birth day as her "Auntee Nita." A.J. is about 9 months and shares the same birth month as our Alston, (February). The evening we arrived we all had dinner at Applebee's and took the kids to an indoor playcenter. The cousins really enjoyed themselves and slept well that night. The next morning the guys made a tasty breakfast for everyone and we just hung out and played "throwback" nintendo. Our last and final day there turned into our photo session, unfortunately there aren't any photos of A.J. because he was at daycare....we missed him, but we all look forward to our next get together in the summer of 2009!
